Instructions

  1. Either you need a winter with snow or scraped ice. You take as much of the snow or ice as you can or want to eat. A larger portion corresponds roughly to a handball.
  2. The snow is now formed into a beautiful, firmly pounded snowball (important!). Now you either put it in a bowl or keep it in your hand (a glove is an advantage here
  3. So and now the highlight: Select your - chilled - favorite syrup and pour it generously over the snowball! Room temperature syrup works too, but destroys the snowball somewhat.
  4. You can also use two types of syrup if you like. Tastes very tasty - but I had to freeze half of it because handball size is okay in summer, but simply too much in winter. At 30 ° C in the shade, the whole thing tastes even better, of course.
  5. The calories depend on the syrup. I use sugar-free, so the whole thing is a worthless snack.
  6. I would only recommend ice made of snow here in the village and not in a big city, here the version with the shaved ice is recommended.
