Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream (approx. 200 g)
  • 0.5 ½ cup whipped cream (approx. 100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the dill. Mix the sour cream with the whipped cream, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in Miracel Whip and dill. To taste.
  2. Chill and let it steep.
