Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, green, washed and torn into small pieces
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 3 tomato (s), wash, cut into eighths
  • 100 g Emmentaler, cut into strips
  • 200 g meat sausae, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 4 tablespoon apple cider
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and pluck the lettuce, clean the peppers, cut into strips, cut tomatoes into eighths. Cut the cheese and sausage into strips, finely chop the parsley and mix everything together.
  2. Make the marinade, pour the walnut oil, apple cider, salt, pepper and sugar over the salad.
  3. It goes well with baguette or strong rye bread.
