Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, green, washed and torn into small pieces
- 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
- 3 tomato (s), wash, cut into eighths
- 100 g Emmentaler, cut into strips
- 200 g meat sausae, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoon walnut oil
- 4 tablespoon apple cider
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Wash and pluck the lettuce, clean the peppers, cut into strips, cut tomatoes into eighths. Cut the cheese and sausage into strips, finely chop the parsley and mix everything together.
- Make the marinade, pour the walnut oil, apple cider, salt, pepper and sugar over the salad.
- It goes well with baguette or strong rye bread.
