Ingredients

  • 50 g hazelnuts, round
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod, (pulp it)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
  • 110 g nouat, more firm

Instructions

  1. Roast the nuts without adding fat and let them cool.
  2. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C (convection 100 ° C).
  3. Whip the egg whites until stiff, slowly pour in the sugar and whip until the snow is so firm that peaks form!
  4. Mix the flour, cinnamon, vanilla pulp and nuts and fold in. Immediately pour the mixture into a piping bag and sprinkle cherry-sized dots onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
