Ingredients
- 50 g hazelnuts, round
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g suar
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod, (pulp it)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
- 110 g nouat, more firm

- Roast the nuts without adding fat and let them cool.
- Preheat the oven to 120 ° C (convection 100 ° C).
- Whip the egg whites until stiff, slowly pour in the sugar and whip until the snow is so firm that peaks form!
- Mix the flour, cinnamon, vanilla pulp and nuts and fold in. Immediately pour the mixture into a piping bag and sprinkle cherry-sized dots onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Heat the nougat and use it to put 2 cookies together!
