Ingredients

  • 200 g radishes
  • 200 g sprin onion (s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 bunch chives, possibly frozen
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly garlic
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Chop the radishes and spring onions in the Quickchef. Add the cream cheese and cream. Chop up the chives with scissors and add. Season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can add garlic. Mix the whole thing in the Quickchef counter-clockwise.
  2. Suitable for toast, rolls, jacket potatoes with steaks. For dipping chips, bread sticks and bread chips. Also suitable for vegetables.
