Ingredients

  • 16 slices pumpernickel, small, round
  • 50 g chocolate, rated
  • 4 tablespoon kirsch
  • 125 g morello cherries
  • 1 sachet ice cream (vanilla)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

For decoration:

  • 4 cherry (s)
  • some chocolate, grated

Instructions

  1. Crumble the pumpernickel by hand, mix with chocolate. Then drizzle with kirsch and let stand covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Whip the cream, vanilla sugar and sugar until stiff. To serve, put a layer of pumpernickel, then cherries, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream in a glass. Garnish with a cherry and grated chocolate.
