Ingredients

  • 400 g oatmeal
  • 120 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 175 g apple compote
  • 120 g syrup (brown rice syrup) or honey
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 200 g almond (s) or nuts your choice, possibly chopped
  • 200 g raisins
  • 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except the raisins on a baking sheet and mix well. Bake in the oven at about 170 degrees for about 40 minutes, until the muesli is light brown. Stir again and again in between!
  2. Let cool and add the raisins. Close airtight. It also tastes great as a nibble in between.
