Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 g semolina

Instructions

  1. Scatter flour and semolina on the work surface and make a well. Put the eggs in the well and carefully knead all the ingredients to form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough on the floured work surface in an oblong shape. Press twice on the coarsest setting through the pasta machine and one last time at level 2. You can then use the pasta dough as you wish, for example to make cannelloni.
