Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool down a little. Separate the eggs and mix the yolks with the melted chocolate. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the chocolate and egg yolk mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture as well.
  2. Put the whole thing in a large, sturdy freezer bag or disposable piping bag and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  3. To serve, cut off the top of the bag so that a 2-3cm hole is created. Pour the mousse in heap form into bowls and serve.
  4. Sometimes it is a little easier if the mousse is not quite stiff.
  5. The dog poop can also be made with any other chocolate mousse - the main thing is that the look is right! Creepy Appetite !!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
