  2. Put some oil in a pan. Shape the minced meat into balls, press them as flat as possible and fry meatballs. Warm up the flatbread in the preheated oven (top and bottom heat) at 200 ° C for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices, the lettuce into strips and the second onion into rings.
  4. For the sauce, mix the sour cream with a little milk so that the sauce is consistency. Squeeze the garlic and add, season with salt.
  5. Quarter the flatbread (only halve if you are very hungry), cut open and fill with the ingredients. It is best to put the meat on one side, the vegetables on the other and the sauce on top.
  6. If you like, you can add hot peppers, olives and sheep`s cheese.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
