Ingredients

  • 230 g apple sauce, unsweetened
  • 170 grams sugar
  • 120 g wheat flour
  • 100 g almond milk (almond drink)
  • 85 g whole wheat flour
  • 75 g olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a muffin tin with molds.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, stir together the applesauce, almond milk, oil and maple syrup. Now stir the damp mixture into the dry one until everything is well mixed together.
