Mix yeast with milk, salt, sugar, and let it dissolve for 20 minutes.
Next, drive in an egg, add butter, stir with a whisk and add flour in parts.
Knead a soft, elastic dough and, covered with a towel, let it stand until it doubles.
Next, roll it into a layer, a little more than a centimeter thick. We cut out circles with a form, and in them, with a smaller form – small circles. From the scraps of dough, I rolled out the layer again and repeated the operation.
Transfer the mugs to a baking sheet, cover with a towel, and leave for half an hour.
Then deep-fry. I used a wok for this, it turns out very sparingly, I recommend it. I put the finished donuts on a wire rack, under which I put paper towels.
When finished, I dipped donuts in chocolate and sprinkled them with colored powder. Others dipped in a glaze (water, icing sugar, butter) and sprinkled them too.
