  • Hot water (50 ° C) – 3 tbsp
  • Citric acid – 0.75 teaspoon
  • or Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

  1. Pour sugar into warm water and place yeast there.
  2. Put in a warm place for a while to dissolve the yeast.
  3. Pour water into flour (350 g) and season with salt.
  4. Knead the dough with a spoon. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place so that the dough comes up.
  5. Add another 200 g flour.
  6. The dough has already risen.
  7. Grease the surface of the table and hands with vegetable oil. Then pinch off small pieces of dough and spread on a surface greased with vegetable oil.
  8. Make a hole in the center.
  9. Preheat a frying pan, pour in a large amount of vegetable oil. Place donuts in hot vegetable oil. Fry yeast donuts without eggs for 1 minute on both sides.
