Ingredients

  • 4 leaves lettuce, not bitter
  • 10 tomato (s) (cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 cucumber (s), narrow
  • 3 medium mushrooms
  • 1 large nectarine (s)
  • 3 sausages (Cabanossi)
  • 50 g cashew nuts, unsalted, untreated

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare vegetables and fruits. Pluck the lettuce leaves into pieces. Halve the tomatoes and dice the cucumber. Halve the mushrooms and cut into slices. Dice the nectarine. Cut the cabanossi into slices. Serve everything with the nuts.
  2. Mix the marinade in a bowl and mix carefully into the salad. If it is still too sour, add more sugar.
  3. Makes, for example, a refreshing side dish for a BBQ.
