Tasty Double Baked Potatoes with Cheese and Bacon.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 4 pcs. ;
- Bacon 100 gr ;
- Cream 1 tablespoon ;
- Milk 125 ml ;
- Sour cream 125 gr ;
- Hard cheese 200 gr ;
- Butter 2 tablespoon. ;
- Green onion 2 tablespoon ;
- Salt, pepper 0.5 teaspoon ;
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200C °. Thoroughly wash large potato tubers with running water, dry with a paper towel. Brush with olive oil, bake in the oven for 1 hour.
- While the potatoes are baking, fry the bacon slices until golden brown, then chop them finely. Grate the cheese. Chop green onions.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven. Cut off the top third of the tuber, from the bottom with the help of a teaspoon, extract the pulp, forming a “boat” out of the potatoes.
- Combine milk, sour cream, cream and butter in a large bowl. Add potato pulp. Beat with a mixer. Fill the potato halves with the mixture, add bacon, green onions and cheese to them. Bake at 175C ° for 15 minutes.
