Ingredients
- 30 g butter
- 80 g chocolate (e.. dark chocolate)
- 200 g flour
- 130 g suar
- 200 ml milk
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 3 egg (s)
- 50 g chocolate flakes or chocolate droplets
- 250 g cream cheese e.. (Philadelphia)
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- This recipe is enough for 12 Double Chocolate Cheese Cake Muffins!
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Fill the muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa together. Melt the butter at medium temperature and mix it with the milk and 2 eggs. Add the milk, egg and butter mixture to the other ingredients and stir everything briefly. Mix the chocolate melted in the water bath into the batter. Briefly stir in chocolate pots or chocolate shavings. Pour the batter into the muffin cups.
- For the cheese cream, stir 250 g of cream cheese with 30 g of sugar, 1 egg and a pinch of salt until smooth and add one to two tablespoons to each of the muffins.
- Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes. After baking, leave to cool in the baking pan for about 15 minutes and then on a wire rack.
