Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate. Add a dash of milk and use a mixer (stirring sticks) to mix everything into a smooth dough. Roughly chop the chocolate and add it last.
  2. With the help of 2 teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps on the baking sheet with enough space (about 4 cm) (the cookies melt when baking). Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Use the baking paper to pull the biscuits off the baking tray and let them cool on a wire rack.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
