  • 130 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 60 g sugar, brown
  • 50 g baking cocoa
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 80 g chocolate droplets, dark

Instructions

  1. For the double chocolate chip cookies, first preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. In the meantime, mix the flour, vanilla sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, stir the room-temperature butter with the sugar and brown sugar until frothy - preferably with a hand mixer.
  4. Then stir in the eggs one after the other, then fold in the flour mixture and finally pull the chocolate pots into the dough.
  5. Place a small pile with a tablespoon of dough on the baking paper and flatten it a little - leave a space of 1-2 cm all around between the piles.
  6. Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes on the middle rack until they are crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside.
