Beetroot and cherry smoothie energizes the body and increases hemoglobin. It’s also delicious!

Ingredients
Raw beets – 100 g
Cherry juice – 50 g
or ice – 50 g
Ice cream – 70-80 g
Directions
We peel the beets, wash, and chop finely. If you have a powerful blender, you can cut the beets into slices. If weak, grate the beets on a coarse grater.
We take out the cherries from the freeze (in the season you can and should use fresh ones). Defrost and knead a little.
Use a blender to beat the beets and cherries. Add ice cream. If using frozen cherries, add cherry (or any other) juice. If you took fresh cherries, add crushed ice.
Whisk everything and put it in a glass. Decorate the top with a beetroot and cherry smoothie with a ball of ice cream.
