- 2 liters water
- 1 kg sugar
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 6 carnation (s)
- some nutmeg
- 1 lemon (s)
- 750 ml vodka

- Boil elderberry with water and sugar for 30 minutes. Strain the juice, add the spices and lemon juice and cook for another hour. Then strain again, mix with the alcohol and fill into bottles.
