• 2 slices toast
• 1 egg (s)
• 1 dash milk
• some cinnamon
• plum sauce, or applesauce / jam etc.
• some oil, for frying

Instructions

1. Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl and add a dash of milk. Add the cinnamon and mix everything well. Turn the toast slices in it and fry them in a pan with a little oil until they are golden brown. When they are slightly crispy, brush the slices in the pan with a little plum jam and enjoy them while they are still warm.
