Ingredients
- 1 handful lettuce, green
- 1 handful rocket
- some cucumber (s), sliced
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 handful shrimp (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- some chili oil
- salt and pepper
For the dressing:
- 1 part / s vinegar
- 2 part (s) oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- sugar
- some balsamic vinegar to drizzle over
- some olive oil to drizzle with

- Clean the salads, cut the tomatoes and cucumber into slices and place on a large plate. Grate the radishes on the grater and dress with vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Then serve the radish with a little dressing as a radish salad on the side with the remaining dressing pour over the salad. Then drizzle a little bit of balsamic vinegar and olive oil over it.
- Put the prawns in the pan with the chili oil and add the halved garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over the salad.
- Fresh baguette or ciabatta goes well with it.
