Dressing for Leaf Salads

• 1 medium onion (s)
• 1 lemon (s)
• 2 teaspoon, heaped sugar
• 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
• 4 tablespoon olive oil
• 5 dashes Maggi
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 4 teaspoons, heaped herbs, (salad herbs), dried
• Leaf lettuce

Instructions

1. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Put in a bowl, squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Add sugar, salt, olive oil, Maggi, mustard and salad herbs and mix everything well. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
2. Fold in the washed lettuce and serve immediately.
