Ingredients

  • 120 g skimmed yohurt 1.5%
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • Lemon juice
  • some Tabasco, (green)
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon herbs

Instructions

  1. TIP: Sufficient for an amount of lettuce of up to 150 g, plus some meat, egg and tomato / corn.
  2. Add enough fresh bread or wholemeal pastries and a light meal is ready.
  3. Simply mix all the ingredients together well and mix them with the other salad ingredients.
  4. This dressing goes wonderfully with all leaf salads, also with tomatoes, corn, poultry strips, tuna, orange fillets, eggs.
