Dried Chicken Breast

Chicken jerky is a delicious delicacy that can be easily prepared at home.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 500 g (1 pcs.)
  • Coarse salt – 2 tbsp
  • Vodka – 50 ml
  • Ground black pepper – 3 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika – 2 teaspoon
  • Ground red hot pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander – 2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Combine salt, black ground pepper, red ground pepper, paprika, and vodka in one bowl. Mix.
  2. Rinse the chicken breast well and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Thoroughly grate the chicken fillet with the prepared spicy mixture, put it in a suitable container (container), cover it, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  4. After a day, rinse the chicken thoroughly from spices and dry.
  5. Grate the chicken with ground coriander, wrap in cheesecloth (each fillet separately) and refrigerate for another 24 hours.
  6. After 24 hours the chicken meat is ready and ready to eat. But I love it when it sits in the refrigerator for a week and becomes denser.
