Ingredients

  • 300 g noodles (Greek kritharaki), cooked
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 4 hot peppers, pickled
  • 2 teaspoons basil, frozen
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g feta cheese with hot peppers
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and chop peppers and tomatoes. Also cut the pepper into small pieces.
  2. Put the cooked kritharaki in a bowl and mix well with the chopped vegetables, oil, salt and basil as well as some of the pepperoni broth. Let everything sit for about an hour.
  3. Dice the cheese and pour it over the salad, then serve it with grilled or fried meat or fish.
