  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 bunch soup vegetables (carrots, celery, parsley, leek)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 potato (s)
  • 400 g sausae, fresh
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

Instructions

  1. Peel the soup vegetables, potatoes and onions, cut into small pieces and fry briefly in a sufficiently large saucepan with the oil. Then pour in the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then rinse the fresh sausages under cold water, squeeze out the filling, shape into small dumplings and add them directly to the soup. Let the whole simmer for another 15-20 minutes and season with Maggi, pepper and salt.
