  • 500 g asparaus
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 60 g Parma ham
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Brush a baking dish with oil and place the puff pastry sheets in it. Peel the asparagus, cut into pieces and cook in salted water until cooked.
  2. Let the cooked asparagus cool down a bit, then place on the puff pastry. Dice the mozzarella and spread on the asparagus. Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour the mixture over the mozzarella. Cut the ham into strips and spread on top.
  3. Put the casserole dish in the middle of the hot oven and bake the asparagus tart at 200 ° C, fan oven: 180 ° C, for about 35 minutes, until the ham is crispy.
