  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 1 kg onion (s)
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 0.75 liter ¾ broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots into slices, the potatoes and the onion into cubes. Sear the minced meat in a high saucepan, then layer the carrots, onions and potatoes in this order, add the stock and leave to stand with the lid on for about 45 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
