Ingredients

  • 1 kg schnitzel meat
  • 7 tablespoon oil
  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 1 glass onion (s) (silver onions)
  • 2 glasses mushrooms
  • 1 can pineapple, pieces with juice
  • 200 ml chilli sauce
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • Tabasco
  • 2 cups sour cream or sour cream
  • Cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in oil, cut the bell pepper into strips and add to the simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the silver onions, champions, pineapple pieces, chilli sauce, sweet paprika, tomato paste and vegetable stock, stew everything for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with spices. Finally stir in the sour cream.
  2. Serve with rice or white bread.
