Ingredients

  • 6 teaspoons tea, black, East Frisian mixture
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • some powdered sugar
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 teaspoons brandy

Instructions

  1. Pour the tea into a disposable tea bag, pour it into the teapot and brew with 500 ml of boiling water, leave to steep for approx. Whip the cream until stiff and sweeten with powdered sugar.
  2. Fill 2 tall drinking glasses with ice cubes 2/3 each, pour the hot tea over them. Put a cherry on top of each glass and drizzle a teaspoon of brandy over it.
