Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (organic)
  • 4 teaspoons, heaped tea (East Frisian tea mixture)
  • 6 piece (s) rock candy, large s (Kluntje)

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon (important, not splashed!), Filter out the pulp and cut the peel into pieces. Put the juice in a jug.
  2. Now put the lemon peel and the Kluntje (you can also use an equivalent amount of tea sugar or rock candy) in a measuring cup. Put 4 heaped teaspoons of East Frisian tea mixture in a tea bag and place in the measuring cup. Pour one liter of boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 4 - 5 minutes. Then take out the tea bag and lemon peel. If necessary, filter the pulp out of the tea again.
  3. Then pour the tea into the lemon juice. Let the tea cool down and then put it in the cold or enjoy it with ice cubes immediately after cooling down.
