Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine, sugar, salt and egg until frothy, then add the quark. Mix flour with baking powder, stir in half of it, knead in the rest. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough about 1 cm thick, cut out the Easter bunnies. Beat the egg yolks with water and brush the rabbits with it.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 175-200 ° C for 10-12 minutes.
