Even the most novice cook can bake an Easter cake in a bread maker. You just need to put all the ingredients in the bread maker’s bucket, close the lid and press the button.
Ingredients
Butter – 150 g
Eggs – 4 pcs. (200 g)
Milk – 100 g
Active dry yeast – 2.5 teaspoon
Sugar – 6 tbsp (75 g)
Salt – 0.5-1 teaspoon (3-6 g)
Flour – 500 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
Raisins – 100 g
Directions
Put the butter in a saucepan, put on the smallest heat. Melt the butter, cool to room temperature.
Pour dry yeast, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, milk, butter at room temperature, eggs into a bucket of a bread machine.
Sift flour, add to a bucket.
Close the lid, turn on the breadmaker to the main mode. Wait for the signal that Easter cake is ready (I have it for three hours).
Open the bread maker. Carefully remove the finished cake.
Decorate the cake as desired (with powdered sugar or protein glaze). Cool on a wire rack. Easter cake in a bread maker is ready!
