  • Eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • Ground cinnamon – 2 teaspoon
  • Seedless raisins – 200 g
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Flour – 200 g
  • Soda – on the tip of a knife
  • Vinegar – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Butter (for lubricating the mold) – how much will it take
  • Semolina (for sprinkling the mold) – how much will it take

For glaze:

  • Protein – 1 pc.
  • Powdered sugar – 50 g
  • Citric acid – to taste
  • Potato starch – on the tip of a knife

For decoration:

  • Sugar pills – how long will it take

  1. Beat the whites, adding sugar and vanilla sugar to them. Introduce crushed yolks. Then carefully add sifted flour, cinnamon, vinegar slaked soda. Add raisins to the cake dough.

  2. Grease “Miracle” or other muffin pan with a hole in the middle with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Pour the cake dough into a mold. Put in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees. Bake the Easter cake for 25-30 minutes without opening the oven door.
