Instructions

1. Hard boil the egg. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scrape out the pulp with a spoon. Mash the pulp with a fork. Rinse the egg, peel it, cut it roughly and mash it with a fork.
2. Mix the avocado, egg, spices and lemon juice in a bowl.
