Easy Lasagna Recipe With Ricotta Cheese

Ricotta lasagna is an original and delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • pasta dough for lasagna 250 g
  • ricotta 500 g
  • ham 200 g
  • Grana Padano 100 g
  • milk 500 ml
  • olive oil 60 ml
  • flour 2 tbsp
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • butter 30 g

Instructions

  1. The first step is to prepare the Bechamel sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add flour. Keep on fire until the flour is slightly golden brown. Then add hot milk and cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix. Cover with cling film to avoid crusting on the surface of the sauce.
  2. Now we are preparing the ricotta cream. Add ricotta, bechamel sauce, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to a deep bowl. Mix.
  3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Put a couple of tablespoons of the cream and put the lasagna sheets on top of the cream. Then – a layer of cream, grated cheese, and ham. Then layout another layer of sheets, placing them in the opposite direction to the first layer so that they intersect. And so, repeat layer by layer, alternating ingredients.
  4. The last layer should be ricotta cream and grated cheese.
  5. Pour the top of the lasagna with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
