  • Almonds – 120 g
  • Egg whites – 3 pcs.
  • Flour – 30 g
  • Sugar – 230 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

  1. Grind the almonds in a coffee grinder until fine crumbs.
  2. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, and 2 proteins to the ground almonds. Stir.
  3. Add the remaining protein and mix thoroughly again.
  4. Put the resulting mixture on a steam bath and, stirring, heat until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mass warms up to body temperature.
  5. Add the sifted flour and stir. The dough should be thin enough.
  6. Line the baking sheet with baking paper (it is important that the paper is of good quality!) And with a spoon or using a pastry bag, lay out the dough to form a cookie (choose the size of the cookie according to your taste).
  7. Bake the macaroons for about 15-17 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
    Let the cooked macaroons cool completely and carefully remove them from the paper.
