Ingredients

  • 2 cans yeast dough, (baked rolls)
  • 1 bag / s mozzarella, grated
  • 1 bag Emmentaler cheese, or other cheese, depending on your taste, grated
  • 0.5 ½ glass olives, drained well
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some herbs, oregano, basil, rosemary, to taste
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Quarter the dough pieces, halve the olives, core and dice the bell pepper, mix together with the cheese in a bowl. Add about 10 ml of olive oil, the garlic, salt, pepper and herbs to the mixture and mix well again.
  2. A e.g., Lightly oil the bundt cake tin, distribute the mixture in it and bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 40 minutes. Make sure to do a sample.
  3. If you like, you can of course take more or less cheese, or vary the ingredients or add e.g., ham, salami, mushrooms etc.
  4. The pizza bread can also be prepared with pizza dough.
