  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink), possibly vanilla soy milk, more if necessary
  • 3 tablespoon soy flour
  • 6 tablespoon wheat flour, more if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Put the soy milk (vanilla soy milk also works very well) in a mixing bowl and stir in the soy flour. Then add the wheat flour and stir. Until the dough is smooth. The dough should not be too thick, but also not as thin as crepe dough. If necessary, balance with a little soy milk or wheat flour.
  2. To fry, put vegetable oil in a pan and let it get hot on a medium to high flame, then turn down to medium flame. Put a generous ladle of the prepared batter into the pan for each pancake and spread immediately (or let it flow in shape). Bake on both sides until golden brown.
  3. The pancakes taste very good with jam or peanut butter.
