Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat (Ebly)
- 2 fish fillet (s) (saithe)
- 100 g crabs or prawns
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 cup broth made from instant powder
- salt and pepper

- Cut the onion into rings, finely chop the garlic and fry in oil with Ebly in a pan. Cut the pepper into strips and add. Pour two cups of instant stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the fish fillet with fish seasoning, cut into cubes, add the prawns or crabs and let it steep until all the water has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
