Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat (Ebly)
  • 2 fish fillet (s) (saithe)
  • 100 g crabs or prawns
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 2 cup broth made from instant powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into rings, finely chop the garlic and fry in oil with Ebly in a pan. Cut the pepper into strips and add. Pour two cups of instant stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the fish fillet with fish seasoning, cut into cubes, add the prawns or crabs and let it steep until all the water has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
