Ingredients
- 3 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 150 grams sugar
- 3 cups cream
- 3 packs cream stabilizer
- 300 g strawberries, pureed

- Mix the sour cream, lemon juice and sugar well. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Layer the strawberries alternately with the sour cream in a bowl or place on top. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
