Ingredients
- 450 g turkey schnitzel
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vinegar - essence (or 1 vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian
- 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed through
- 1 piece (s) ginger, finely chopped
- 500 g ribbon noodles
- 1 large onion (s), diced
- salt and pepper
- 400 g cream

- Cut the turkey schnitzel into thin strips. Mix a marinade from olive oil, oil, vinegar essence, sugar, garlic (pressed), ginger (very finely chopped), the Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Mix the meat with this and leave it covered in the refrigerator for about 1.5 hours.
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions.
- Fry the onion in a pan with a little butter, add the meat and fry with it. When the meat is almost done, pour the cream on top, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another five minutes.
- Serve with the ribbon noodles.
