Ingredients

  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 1 small pickle (s) (Spreewälder)
  • 4 slices salami, Hungarian, thinly sliced
  • 3 stalks chives, thin
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • Caviar cream with dill (from the tube)

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg in boiling water for about 8 minutes and let it cool. Cut the pickled cucumber lengthways into strips. Halve the chives crosswise. and pluck the leaves from the parsley. Peel the cooled egg and cut lengthways into slices using an egg cutter.
  2. Lay out the egg slices on a small plate in the shape of flowers. Place the cucumber strips in between, place the salami slices in the middle and decorate the egg slices with a little caviar cream.
  3. Now place the chives on the salami and the parsley on the egg slices.
  4. Serve with butter and 1 - 2 slices of hearty bread.
