Ingredients

  • 90 g shrimp (s), cooked
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 0.33 pointed peppers
  • 0.5 ½ mini cucumber (s)
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped sour cream
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • some salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ box cress, alternatively chives
  • Onion (s), optional

Instructions

  1. If necessary, wash the prawns and cut the large prawns in half. Peel and chop the eggs. Wash the pointed pepper and cucumber and cut into small cubes. Cut off the cress or finely chop the chives. Place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
  2. Doesn`t have to pull, but of course you can also cool the salad briefly.
