Egg Breakfast

Ingredients
- Eggs – 8 pcs.
- Boiled potatoes, in their uniforms – 2 pcs.
- Milk – 100 ml
- Cheese – 80 g
- Sausage – 100 g
- Vegetable oil
- Parsley greens – 1 bunch
- Ground pepper salt
Directions
- Cut the sausage.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Chop the potatoes.
- Chop the parsley.
- Break eggs, add milk, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Beat until smooth.
- Pour the egg mass into muffin tins (half full). Add sausage and potatoes to each muffin.
- Pour the remaining egg mass into molds. Top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
