Ingredients

  • Eggs – 8 pcs.
  • Boiled potatoes, in their uniforms – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Cheese – 80 g
  • Sausage – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil
  • Parsley greens – 1 bunch
  • Ground pepper salt

Directions

  1. Cut the sausage.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Chop the potatoes.
  4. Chop the parsley.
  5. Break eggs, add milk, herbs, salt and pepper.
  6. Beat until smooth.
  7. Pour the egg mass into muffin tins (half full). Add sausage and potatoes to each muffin.
  8. Pour the remaining egg mass into molds. Top with grated cheese.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
