Egg Croutons with Minced Meat, Tomatoes and Cheese

Egg croutons with minced meat, cheese, and tomatoes are an appetizing and original snack for every day or even for a festive table. Despite the minimum of time and effort spent, such a snack will be the first to disappear from the table. Such hot sandwiches conquer with taste and juiciness from the first bite.

Ingredients
Baguette – 80 g
Minced chicken – 120 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Hard cheese – 50 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Cut the baguette into 6 slices.
Cut out the middle of the baguette slices with a knife.
Salt and pepper the minced meat, mix.
Fill the middle of the baguette slices with minced meat.
Break eggs into a bowl, salt, and pepper. Whisk lightly.
Dip each piece of baguette in an egg.
In a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the croutons with minced meat for 5 minutes on one side.
Cut the tomato into slices.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
We turn the croutons with minced meat.
We put one round of tomato on each crouton with minced meat.
Sprinkle each crouton with cheese. Cover and prepare croutons with minced meat, tomatoes, and cheese for another 5 minutes.
