Ingredients

  • 25 g butter, melted
  • 20 g suar
  • 60 g yourt, Greek
  • 70 g water, lukewarm
  • 75 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon pure tartar baking powder, organic

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl in the order shown and stir together until a smooth dough is formed.
  2. Put the dough in a coated pan with a tablespoon in portions (with or without oil, I prefer it with oil because of the taste) and fry on medium heat.
  3. Very tasty with maple syrup, applesauce, cherry compote, yoghurt or just plain. Are best warm.
  4. Tips: The amount of sugar can be reduced. If you like, you can also add a pinch of salt or a pack of vanilla sugar instead of normal sugar.
