Egg-Fried Lavash with Filling

Fried lavash with filling in an egg is simply delicious. The envelopes are very tasty and juicy. This dish can be prepared for breakfast. We also put delicious fried lavash in a plastic container and take it with us to nature.

Ingredients

  • Lavash thin
  • Cheese
  • Sausage
  • Onion
  • A tomato
  • Salad pepper
  • Parsley
  • Curd “Amber”
  • Pickles
  • Paprik sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook stuffed fried pita bread:

Directions

  1. Cooking slices for the filling: cut sausage, cheese, onions, peppers, tomatoes.
  2. Cooking sauces: first – cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes and mix with “Amber cheese”; the second is to mix mayonnaise with mustard, and the third option I have is the ready-made sauce, purchased “Paprika”.
  3. Cooking ice cream: beat an egg with milk and a pinch of salt. Cut the lavash into equal square parts.
  4. Grease lavash with sauce.
  5. Put sausage, pepper, onion, tomato, parsley leaf, cheese and wrap the edges in an envelope.
  6. Place with the seam down.
  7. Dip in ice cream and fry stuffed pita bread in vegetable oil, over medium heat, on both sides. Put in the pan first with the seam down.
  8. Put the fried pita bread on a paper napkin, then transfer it loosely onto a dish.
